🔍 Method Plan Peer Review & Revision

Students exchange investigation plans and use a feedback checklist to evaluate whether the method can truly answer the question. Each student gives feedback to two peers, receives feedback, and revises their own plan for clarity, fairness, and data quality. Final plans are submitted as the required protocol for Phase 3.
