Each team presents its direction brief, empathy evidence, role plan, and production checkpoint system in a short conference with the teacher. Teams must justify how their choices fit intended viewers, festival expectations, and available time before moving into concept development in the next phase. Feedback from the conference is used to finalize a crew agreement, communication norms, and the first planning milestones.
