🎬 Festival Run-of-Show Rehearsal

Teams rehearse their brief live introduction, final cut screening order, Q&A roles, and transitions using the actual festival program, director's note, poster, and screening files. Each team gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback on clarity, timing, and audience focus, then revises its introduction script and speaker plan before a second quick run-through. The class also checks file naming, audio levels, projection format, and lobby display setup.
