Small groups rehearse a short showcase talk beside their plants and draft book pages. Students use a picture cue card to say what changed over time, what lettuce needed, how classroom lettuce compared with school-grown lettuce, and why lettuce can be a healthy choice. After the first round, classmates offer one warm and one helpful suggestion, then speakers revise and practice again.
