🌿 Community Waterkeepers Fair

Students welcome families, the city water staff member, the Kumeyaay cultural educator, and multilingual community partners to a walk-through showcase. In small groups, they demonstrate runoff trays with sand, gravel, soil, rocks, and native plants; explain the class garden plan and labeled drainage paths; and share one short family or community story connected to a plant, home food, or water-care idea. Guests leave one warm comment and one practical suggestion on picture-supported feedback cards for each group.
