🗣️ Staff Check-In Conference

Students complete the weekly rubric check-in, then meet in triads with a teacher, counselor, or attendance staff member for a brief evidence conference. Each student explains one recent challenge, one support used, and whether the week’s evidence suggests progress, no change, or mixed results. Students record feedback and revise one routine, support, or tracking move before leaving the conference.
