🧩 CER Claim Builder

Students turn their sorted evidence into a draft argument using a CER organizer with sentence frames for claim, evidence, reasoning, counterargument, and rebuttal. The teacher models how to connect campus litter patterns to Earth systems, natural resources, and climate impacts without relying only on feelings or slogans. Each student drafts one main claim and at least two sub-claims that could later support a PSA, poster, proposal, or bilingual presentation.
