🧧 Cultural Partner Interview and Shadow Tests

Students meet with a local Chinese cultural association guest in person or by video to hear a folktale, see puppetry techniques, and ask prepared interview questions about what audiences should notice and respect in the tradition. After the interview, pairs run two flashlight shadow tests with simple paper cutouts, changing light distance and puppet distance from the screen to document size and sharpness. Students capture user needs, cultural details, and assumptions to test in a visible empathy chart.
