Submission Required
Grading Required
Using their selected issue from the kickoff work, students create one rapid protest poster prototype on paper or digitally with bold geometric forms, a limited 2-3 color palette, and dynamic typography aimed at a specific audience. They then complete two timed critique rounds: give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, revise, and repeat, using a message-mood-audience protocol plus one user-centered question about what viewers notice first and what action they think the poster asks for. Students finish by annotating the prototype with at least two revision notes that connect design changes to audience evidence and a focused design challenge statement.
