🌊 Boat Trial Data Cycle

Teams run repeated water trials of their current prototype using the calibrated protocol and record results in testing logs with numbers, photos, and short failure notes. After the first round, students complete a partner talk on what changed, what failed, and how they stayed focused, then compare data to the project criteria. Teams give feedback to 2 peers during a gallery walk, receive feedback on evidence quality and design logic, and revise their test conclusions before selecting one priority change.
