🗂️ Fairness Evidence Tune-Up

Students use a teacher-modeled checklist to inspect their CER speaking notes, The Giver quotations, page citations, and policy Q&A notes for clear links to fairness and rule-making. In book club groups, they test whether each piece of evidence supports, challenges, or complicates their claim, and mark one counterargument they still need to address. Each student updates an evidence tracker with at least one revised warrant and one stronger citation before moving into critique.
