Teams finalize their infographic and one-page policy brief, then complete a brief readiness defense in which they explain how their data supports the recommendation, what the data cannot prove, and what new question remains. The submission must include final visuals, a recommendation for community action, and a limitations section that addresses bias, sample size, missing data, or weak comparisons. This serves as the phase checkpoint for showcase readiness.
