✅ Proposal Greenlight Conference

Students submit their full pre-production packet: Documentary Proposal, story structure, interview plan, shot list, filming schedule, permissions plan, and evidence tracker. In a short teacher conference, they defend how their planned footage will support the focus statement and explain how they will avoid weak coverage or montage-only editing. Students who meet the checkpoint are cleared to film; others revise targeted sections before moving on.
