📚 Source Gathering Sprint

Students work individually and in research partnerships to collect evidence from teacher-approved sources such as AP News, BBC, Reuters, Council on Foreign Relations, PBS NewsHour, Facing History & Ourselves, the Global Terrorism Database, and selected museum or archive materials. They annotate for motive, target, impact, response, media framing, and community consequences while tracking anomalies and conflicting interpretations. Midway through, partners give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise by checking missing perspectives, weak citations, or unsupported notes before continuing collection.
