Teams run their simulation, capture video, images, timings, and observer notes, then compare the evidence to their planned success criteria. They analyze whether their signage and flow design improved rider movement, identify at least one limitation in their model or assumptions, and revise one feature on the prototype or map. The final record includes evidence, a claim about effectiveness and scale, and notes from a peer feedback round in which students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise.
