🗺️ Implementation and Data Collection Plan

Teams finalize how they will place their before-and-after station flow map and signage proposal into a class simulation of an NYC subway station. They identify success indicators such as time to destination, hesitation points, wrong turns, and crowding at bottlenecks; define variables and units; and choose tools such as stopwatch timers, tally sheets, phone video, and observation maps. Each team also records one sustainability choice for materials, setup, or clean-up and gets a quick peer check before testing.
