🗺️ Challenge Definition

Using evidence from the simulation, sample station visuals, and short peer discussion, students draft the required challenge statement focused on rider confusion and crowding in NYC stations. They also complete the End User Overview by naming riders most affected, describing needs and values, and noting how a signage or community-art response could reach them. Students finish by writing 3-5 Inquiry Questions, then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise all three artifacts before submission.
