🚇 Subway Bottleneck Launch

Students move through a taped floor plan of a station entrance, stairs, platform, and transfer point while classmates observe rider flow, pauses, collisions, and missed cues. The class then debriefs using sample MTA signage images, quick crowd-count estimates, and a robotics-style movement lens to name variables such as direction, speed, stop points, and decision nodes. Students record at least three pieces of evidence about where movement broke down and how visual design affected choices.
