Teams run the trial, record sensor readings and observations, and compile evidence with photos, short video clips, tables, and graphs. They compare actual bin-fill data to their predicted function, note where the model over- or under-estimated overflow risk, and revise one feature of the prototype or rule in their monitoring algorithm after a brief peer feedback round in which each team gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback, and revises. The final results page includes a claim about effectiveness, one improvement for the next test, and a short note about whether the design could work across more NYC locations with different foot traffic patterns.
