🧬 DNA Sequence Evidence Run

Teams collect the first full round of case evidence using DNA strips, codon charts, amino acid references, protein model pieces, and their investigation plan from the previous phase. Students document the normal and altered DNA sequence, transcribe to mRNA, translate to amino acid sequence, and record observations about likely protein shape changes and specialized cell effects in their DNA-to-Protein Evidence Notebook. They photograph each model setup and note timing, materials used, and any deviations from protocol so another team could follow the same pathway.
