In small groups, students conduct a structured interview with the P.E. teacher about how exercise feels in their body, why heart rate increases, and why understanding body systems matters for health. Students capture at least two direct quotes and key observations, then individually complete an empathy map (Says, Thinks, Feels, Does) in their Scientist Journal. Students end by identifying one surprising insight that challenged an assumption.
