🖍️ Government Mural Prototype & Feedback Log

In small teams, students create a low-fidelity paper prototype of their mural panel using chart paper, sketch paper, markers, and sticky notes. The prototype must show all three branches (legislative, executive, judicial), include at least one local example for each (e.g., city council, mayor, local court), and visually connect a real community issue to branch actions with arrows and captions. Teams then conduct a 5-minute user test with 1–2 visiting adults (school staff) or another class: visitors explain what they think is happening in the mural and how government helps in daily life. Students record exact quotes and confusion points in an iteration log (What we tested / What users said or did / What we will change and why). Teams revise their prototype directly on the paper using a different color to show changes.
