Teams create a 1–2 minute rough cut of their documentary (using phone, iMovie, or Audacity) including narration and at least one interview clip. Individually, students conduct a live read-aloud of their children’s book draft to a peer acting as a 6–8-year-old audience. Observers note moments of confusion, engagement, or emotional response.
