Using a scaffolded template and sentence frames for multilingual learners, students write a Point-of-View statement (User + Need + Insight) grounded in at least two direct quotes. They then generate 2–3 distinct "How Might We" questions that are open-ended and not solutions in disguise. Peers give feedback to 2 classmates using a checklist focused on evidence, clarity, and scope; students revise before submitting.
