Individually, students review interview recordings and notes to identify key quotes and themes. They create an empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) including at least four direct quotes with timestamps. Students also write three initial assumptions they held about resilience and explain, in 4–6 sentences, how interview evidence confirmed or challenged those assumptions.
