🧠 From Data to Conclusions

Pairs revisit their taste-test charts, tally marks, and observation notes from their Garden Investigation Notebooks. Using a sentence frame chart (“Our data shows…,” “This might mean…,” “We cannot say… because…”), students orally rehearse and then co-write/dictate a short conclusions section for their recipe page. They add a simple “Limitations & New Questions” box with at least one factor that could have changed results (e.g., small sample size, friends choosing the same option) and one new investigable question. Partners practice reading their conclusion aloud and revise for clarity.
