🗺️ Addition Adventure Treasure Hunt

Students participate in a classroom treasure hunt to find hidden objects (cubes, toy animals, counting bears). In a whole-class circle, they use the found objects to act out simple addition stories within 5, showing solutions with fingers and objects. The teacher introduces the essential question: “How can we use our fingers and toys to solve addition problems up to 5?” and explains that students will study how other people solve addition to design a fun math station for them.
