🕒 Time Tinker Workshop: Meet the Baker

Students meet a bakery partner (in person or short prerecorded video with real quotes) and listen for details about how the baker plans prep, bake, and cooling times. As a class, students write 2–3 assumptions about how bakeries manage time, then compare those assumptions to what the baker actually says about overlapping tasks and minute-by-minute timing. Students record at least two direct quotes about scheduling challenges.
