🧠 Empathy Map with User Quotes

Students use a structured empathy map template (Says, Thinks, Feels, Needs) to organize interview evidence. They must include direct quotes in the 'Says' section and evidence-based inferences in other sections. Students also identify whether their user’s story naturally fits cause and effect or problem and solution structure and justify their choice in 2–3 sentences. Sticky-note insights are added to the classroom reflection wall.
