🔍 HMW Peer Critique & Revision

Teams exchange HMW statements and rationales. Using a checklist, students verify that the problem is grounded in user quotes and not assumptions. Each team gives feedback to two peers, receives feedback, and revises their POV and one selected HMW question. The revised HMW becomes the official design constraint for Phase 3.
