🗺️ Empathy Map & User Insight Chart

Using interview notes, students complete an empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) for one selected user and highlight patterns across both interviews. They underline key quotes that reveal challenges or misconceptions about identifying main idea and supporting evidence. Students finish by writing 2–3 insight statements beginning with “Readers need…” grounded in direct evidence.
