🧪 Final User Test & Evidence Log

Teams conduct a structured 15–20 minute usability test with at least one new user (family member, community guest, or At The Crossroads representative) who has not seen their solution before. Students use a feedback protocol to collect direct quotes, note confusions, and document suggested improvements. Teams update their iteration log with at least two specific revisions or clearly justify why no change was made based on evidence.
