🧪 Peer User Testing & Feedback Capture

Teams rotate and test their prototype with at least one other team acting as users, following the prepared testing protocol. Testers interact with the prototype while designers observe and take notes without interrupting. Each team collects at least 5 pieces of feedback (quotes, questions, or observed behaviors) and asks clarifying follow-up questions.
