Individually, students synthesize insights from the guest speaker and peer interview into a structured empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels). They highlight evidence-backed insights and mark any prior assumptions that were challenged. Students write a short reflection connecting user insights to issues of access, privilege, or legislation affecting hygiene products.
