🧠 Empathy Map on Data Misconceptions

Using interview notes, students create a structured empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) highlighting user beliefs about averages, spread, and normal distributions. Students identify patterns across interviews and explicitly note where assumptions were challenged. Each map includes at least two verbatim quotes and a brief paragraph synthesizing key user needs related to understanding distribution shape and variability.
