Teams rotate to test another group’s prototype, acting as representative users (e.g., younger student, librarian, community guest). Testers follow a structured protocol: interact silently, think aloud for 2 minutes, then answer 3 feedback questions. Designers document quotes, observed behaviors, and moments of confusion in a testing log. Each team gathers feedback from at least two different groups.
