🛠️ Rapid Paper Prototype Build

Teams create a low-fidelity prototype of their selected exhibition concept (e.g., paper mock-up of timeline wall, cardboard audio station model, crane-folding workshop flowchart). Individuals sketch a rough layout of their anthology story spread and 2–3 minute live reading plan. Materials include chart paper, sticky notes, index cards, string, and sample QR placeholders. Teams post their HMW statement and at least one direct user quote next to their prototype to keep user needs visible.
