🗺️ Empathy Map & Insight Synthesis

Using interview notes from at least two users (one adult from Day 2 and one peer or family member interviewed outside class), students complete a four-quadrant empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) with evidence-based entries. They highlight patterns across users and draft a brief insight statement about what audiences need to feel hope and connection. Students exchange empathy maps with a partner for feedback and revise before submission.
