🗺️ Empathy Map: Draw-Label-Tell

Students create a large four-square empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) using drawings and labels based on at least two users (one peer and one adult). They add speech bubbles with real quotes and draw how the user solves a sample problem within 20. Students share one surprising insight with the class and revisit earlier assumptions charted on Day 1.
