🎤 Strategy Interviews with Real Solvers

Students practice asking 2–3 simple interview questions (e.g., “How did you figure that out?”). In pairs, they interview at least two real users (classmates from another class, school staff, or visiting librarian) solving 2–3 problems within 20. One student asks questions while the other draws quick picture-notes and records exact quotes on a structured recording sheet. Midway, pairs switch roles. Close with a 5-minute reflection circle where each student names one strategy they observed and how it helped the user.
