🎯 How Might We Puzzle Focus

Using the class patterns, each student drafts a simple How Might We statement using a sentence frame: "How might we help ___ solve ___ within 20 using ___?" Students draw a quick sketch of the user and write 1–2 pieces of evidence (teacher-scribed as needed). Pairs exchange statements, give feedback to 2 peers using smiley-face checklist cards (Is it about a real user? Does it name the strategy need? Is it not already a solution?), then revise. Students record a short video explanation for their digital portfolio describing their HMW and the user evidence behind it.
