🛒 Grocery Price Data Collection Log

Students use their investigation plan to collect price data from a provided classroom grocery list (10–15 items with realistic prices). In their Rounding Research Notebook, they record: item name, exact price, rounded price to nearest ten, rounded price to nearest hundred, and the rounding method used (number line sketch or digit analysis). Students also note collection conditions (date, source of prices, tools used) and document any uncertainties or unexpected results instead of erasing them.
