🧠 Evidence to Conclusion Sort

Students use sentence strips with their own research question, key data points (plant height, leaf count, watering/light condition), and possible conclusion statements. In small groups, they physically match data to conclusions and discuss which claims are supported and which are “too big.” The class co-creates an anchor chart: “We can say…” and “We cannot say…” to reinforce evidence-based thinking.
