Students cluster notes into themes such as confusion about mechanical vs. chemical digestion, misunderstandings of villi function, or challenges managing disorders like lactose intolerance or IBS. Groups label 3–5 major insight categories and identify at least one surprising pattern grounded in direct quotes.
