🗺️ Empathy Map & Insight Board

Individually, students synthesize interview notes into a structured empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) and highlight patterns related to digestive structure, mechanical/chemical processes, and nutrient absorption. Students draft 2–3 evidence-based insight statements that connect user experiences to GI tract function. They post a short entry on the digital reflection board describing emotional reactions and interview challenges.
