🎤 Digestive Health User Interviews

Students conduct live interviews with at least two real users (e.g., school nurse, staff member, family guest, or pre-arranged virtual adult) about experiences with digestive issues such as lactose intolerance, IBS, acid reflux, or aging-related changes. Using a semi-structured protocol, students capture direct quotes, note emotions, and ask follow-up questions focused on how symptoms affect eating, nutrient absorption, and daily life. Students record assumptions they held before the interview and note where user evidence challenged them.
