🧭 Nutrient Quest Challenge Launch

Students rotate through a fast-paced scavenger hunt tracing food from ingestion to absorption, solving clue cards about GI tract layers (mucosa, submucosa, muscularis, serosa), mechanical vs. chemical digestion, and intestinal absorption. The final clue introduces the design brief: create educational media that helps real people better understand how digestive structure affects nutrient absorption and how disorders disrupt this process.
