🌆 Richmond Systems Map & HMW Statement

Teams translate their themes into a visual systems map showing relationships between abiotic factors (concrete, temperature, precipitation), biotic factors (trees, humans, urban wildlife), and social impacts. Using this map, each team drafts a Point-of-View statement and 2–3 How Might We questions. Teams exchange drafts for peer critique, checking whether each HMW is grounded in direct user evidence and does not embed a solution. After feedback, teams revise and submit a final design brief paragraph citing at least two user quotes.
