Students finalize a one-paragraph design brief including: (1) target user, (2) core need, (3) key insight from clustered research, and (4) a refined HMW question. Paragraph must cite at least two direct quotes and reference which Earth–Sun concepts (rotation, tilt, climate, water cycle, scale) the solution must address. This becomes the constraint for Phase 3 ideation.
