Teams cluster their brainstorm and sketch ideas, then evaluate top options using a decision matrix weighted toward user desirability (Does it reflect user quotes? Does it communicate the intended theme clearly? Emotional impact?). Criteria are scored 1–5. Teams select their top 2–3 concepts and justify choices in writing using specific interview evidence.
